Excercise Timer

I have recently got on an exercise regimen to fight my back pain problems. It is sort of like Yoga but in a controlled manner. I don’t know if its fun, but it definitely helps to keep pain away. Typically, I’ll need to do 4-6 exercises twice a day. Each exercise is repeated three times and lasts 30 sec each time. Pretty simple, right? You need to keep aside about 30 minutes twice a day to take care of this....

I came across this post from Seth. And hence this challenge link. I have enough reasons to participate. And I have a big ball of laziness that says I should not commit to anything publicly. Sunday Post

I already missed to keep the date. And its not even a week now! Anyway, to compensate, I ll write two posts today 😀 Sunday was eventless. Mostly lazing around in the couch with “hay day” and the idiot box. By night, I gathered motivation to run 3kms! I ll post my running adventures later.
